Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery.
2. The items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
3. Sale, promotional, and discounted items may not be eligible unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Intimates, undergarments, swimwear, masks.
2. Personalized or final-sale items.

How to Request a Return
1. Email us at care@donawear.com with your order number.
2. Our team will share return approval and shipping instructions.
3. After we receive your parcel, inspection takes 5–7 business days.

Refunds
-> We do not offer cash refunds, however, we will give you a credit voucher valid until 1 year.
-> Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-> Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges
-> Exchanges depend on product availability.
-> If unavailable, we provide a store credit.

Damaged / Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund your order.

Return Shipping
1. Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Use a trackable courier service to avoid lost parcels.
